Jasper the friendly tire expert took very good care of us today . Got us in quickly and answered all our questions. Jasper runs that front desk like nobodies business . Knowledgeable and great at customer service , not just for my husband and I but to everyone that came in and everyone that called in . I hope his msnager appreciates this young guy and keeps him in mind for an upward move in management . For these reasons I have assigned the 5 Star rating on this review . We have used Discount Tires where we live in California . We appreciate their customer service and fair pricing . Give them a try , I’m sure you won’t regret it .

Tpms light came on in Texas. I checked the tire pressures and topped off. Drove to Johnson city TN light never went off. I came to the discount tire store in Johnson city on w. Market street. Jasper waited on me. He scanned the tires and found which on was faulty. Very professional and got me back on the road with the tpms light out. I would recommend this discount if you’re in the area.

We got a bolt in our camper tire on our way home. I called at 3:45 pm on a Saturday & they said come right on. They fixed our tire so we could get home, then they also replaced our spare tire for us. They were closing at 5pm and they even had to stay over but they we're so nice and accommodating. Yes, we will continue to buy tires here because the service.....you don't get great service most places so congrats to Discount Tire for exceeding my expectations! Great job guys! Keep it up!

I have had a slow leak and since I needed to get a haircut from a location across the street, I called to ask if I needed an appointment. I was told no and went there after I finished my haircut. It didn't take anytime to be met and have my name put on the wait list. I was surprised that the wait time was so short since the store was very busy. Once they took the car in there was a small nail and the tire was repaired promptly, great service.

Shoutout to Bryce for helping me out—he was super attentive, approachable, and easy to talk to. He made sure everything was clearly explained, which I really appreciated. I had flat tires and they were able to get everything fixed within an hour. Big thanks as well to Jason who worked on my car. I honestly wish I could’ve tipped them, but I didn’t have cash and didn’t even have to pay anything for the repair. Great service all around!
